Contract Details, Now Embedded Directly in Salesforce

Stop toggling between tools to track contract status or take the next action. With this update, the Contract Details Page is now embedded directly in Salesforce, giving users the ability to access and complete all contract related actions without leaving the Salesforce platform.
Here’s what this means for a sales user:
- View and manage all the contract metadata
- See the detailed approval status and request ad-hoc approvals when required
- Upload and manage supporting documents without switching platforms
- Collaborate directly on the contract using SpotDraft’s activity log
Auto-Filled Intake Forms for Third-Party Contracts
Sales teams frequently manage contracts received from vendors or customers, not just ones created internally. Collecting the right information from the Sales teams helps keep the contracting process moving faster. Until now, every time you had to upload these contracts to SpotDraft, the sales user had to manually type in every last detail.
With our latest update, intake forms auto-populate using Salesforce data, even for those third-party contracts.
