Prior to joining Pubmatic, he served as a director & associate general counsel at Twitter (NYSE: TWTR); a corporate counsel at demand-side platform Turn, Inc. (acquired by Amobee); the general counsel and a co-founder at Skill-in-Games, a data analytics firm; and an associate at a boutique law firm where he focused on transnational litigation. Before practicing law, Andrew served as a teaching fellow at the Harvard College of Economics and was the executive director of the Global Poker Strategic Thinking Society (GPSTS).
Andrew holds a J.D. from Harvard University and obtained his bachelor’s degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles. He lives in Palo Alto with his wife and three sons.
